Rca tv my rca 32 inch model#32B432T keeps turnung on and off by itself, it also channel surfs by itself, how can i fix it?

These units bave a bad power supply. To get it fixed is easy.
Take it to a Servicer center where they repair tvs.
Since there are no srevice manuals they will not be able to repair this unit. With the Work Order in hand call 1-877-297-8391 and they will send you a tv.
Ps.. Make sure you get a work order or a copy.

Most of the time it is the front contact switches Dirty clean them with contact cleaner or replace contact buttons on front panel board 29 cents each Call Mats 1-800-628-1118

When i had the same issue, i used VCR or VCR Combo to set the channels,

so is this sound on the tv or a sound system

whats the model number of your RCA and I will try to assist you. Sounds like you need a signal board.

Problem is common to RCA models. The issue is bad solder joints in the tuner area. Resolder the entire tuner section of the board and the problem will be resolved. No parts are necessary.

Pry the black cover off the top where the buttons are (make sure tv is unplugged), then take circuit board out (remove ribbon cable first) and get it replaced.

Usually the fix for that on a RCA or GE TV is to go into the menu (the button in on the front of the TV) and find channel settings and let the TV autoprogram itself. This should fix the issue.
