If it is a single hole faucet, there should be a single nut on the threaded brass piece underneath the sink. You may need a basin wrench to get access to it if you cannot get to it with an adjustable jaw wrench. This nut normally clamps against a U shaped washer that is against the underside of the sink.

Moen kitchen faucet

Hi Steve-If the faucet is definitely getting water (making sure all the cut-off valves are open along the way), the Moen single handle faucets all use a replaceable cartridge that is available at home supply stores. This cartridge is what regulates the pressure and the temperature of the water coming out of your faucet. This is likely faulty. You'll need to close the supply valves (hot and cold) underneath your sink prior to replacing.

We are trying to replace our Moen Adler Faucet and we need to know how to remove it.

first off swhut the water off under the sink,if no shut off valves under the sink then shut the main water valve off.next turn the old faucet on to make sure water is off.now get a light and look up and behind the underneath side of sink, disconnect the water supply lines now way up high there is 2 threaded tubes undo the nuts and the old unit will come out.

Moen T910 Kingsley two handle, whirlpool tub faucet. The hot water handle only puts out lukewarm water. The water heater is turned up and all the other faucets in the house put out scalding hot water.

if you remove the hot water handle on the faucet you can adjust the stop. if it is a newer faucet it has a built in scold guard. the directions should tell you which direction to move the stop to get hotter water

My Moen kitchen faucet stopped working suddenly in that only a thin stream of water would flow at most when I turned on the hot water handle or the cold water handle to the maximum positions. I replaced...

wow... I wish you hadn't gone thru the expense of replacing the faucet... it's perfectly good... your problem was the aerator, it unscrews at the tip of the water spout and had collected too much sediment which eventually blocked water flow. Often happens quickly after your water is shut off at the main valve. Aerators cost about 50 cents...

My Danze Anu Kitchen Faucet

Sounds like you have hard water.  You need to change the inside of the facet.  before doing anything make sure you CAN get the parts for you facet.   Danze are not very expencive you might just get a new facet.  If this is a hard water problem you might want to buy a moen facet with a life time warrinty.  More money but free replacement parts.

Losing hot water in one facet only

There is something in the line or in the faucet. Are your pipes going to the faucet black iron or galvinze. Some of the pipe will rust up and stop a full flow of water. But I would check the faucet first to see if the screw is loose or somethng in it.
