Left hand button... Rinse Hold.. use this option to Help reduce creasing of delicate or synthetic fabrics by holding clothes in the final rinse water. The rinse hold light will flash to indicate that the programme is holding final rinse water. Complete the final spin by pressing the Rinse Hold button when light is flashing.

Release the garage door from the opener and open the door by hand, if it is vey heavy you may have a broke spring inside the torsion bar above the header, check then to see if the opener goes through the complete cycle O K with the door not attached. If you don't have a broken spring you may need to increase the up force on the opener head.
Modern LG appliances retain settings even after you disconnect the power cord. The machine is reset opening the door and then pressing and holding the Normal and Delicate buttons at the same time for 3 seconds.
You can also try running the test mode shown at page 12 of the service manual.
If the machine is non responding and there is no code on display, then the problem is likely control module or control pad. Since the control pad looks defective, that is probably the part to replace.
Disassembling is shown in exploded view and service manual available using the links below:
the clthes may be getting a false sensor reading that there still damp it may be vey humid, after a load of clothes try running some bleach through only put on heavy duty wash and extra rinse, the machine my have residue from softener. so sanitize machine a few times.
* Door not all the way closed * Loose electrical connections at door switch and pwb assembly(Control Board) * Door switch assembly is out of order(Miss aligned) * Gasket on door may be creased in
Most common issue here will be a defective door lock switch. check all causes before replacing the switch.
If the clean light flashes 7 times, pauses, then repeats...
When
the dishwasher doesn't sense a water temperature increase, it stops working and locks the functions (clean light flashes 7 times, all
buttons are non responsive). It does this as a safety in case the
element is broken and feeding electrical current into the water.
To resolve this you will have to reset the console. Do this by closing the door and press these buttons in sequence...
...all
the lights will turn on briefly and the machine will start a diagnostic
cycle. You can press cancel or let the diagnostic cyle finish (1-2
minutes). You should now be able to run the dishwasher as normal.
If
the issue returns, you could have a problem with the heating circuit
(ie. element, thermostat or wiring). It rarely happens but it could
also be the door switch not engaging properly when the door is closed
(slightly bend the door latch down making sure it doesn't hit the door
when you close it).
According to the GE repairman who visited, the solution is to close the machine (with the lights flashing). The machine starts and goes through the cycles, which it does rapidly and then all the lights turn off and the machine becomes silent after 1-1/2 to 2 minutes. Then the machine has been reset to normal. During this reseting period nothing happens inside the machine, although you may hear a running sound.
Thus, the solution is to run the machine in this flashing light state for the 1-2 minutes it takes to go raipdly through each cycle and then reset.
