Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I had the same error message on my MP610. I was reading posts on the net and found a lot of people with this problem so I thought I was in deep, not so. All I did was send an email to canon support explaining the problem, I told them I had tried all remedies IE: deep clean, ect. with no luck. Within 2 hours they sent me an email. They said my unit needs to be replaced. I sent them my personal info which they requested. That was last night. This morning I received an email telling me that my replacement MP610 is on a UPS truck heading to me! I've always had HP's with terrible luck. Because of the way Canon handled this I will always buy Canon! I have never before had a problem taken care of within 24 hours with any problem!! Good luck.
