F21, 5d, and not working

OK. I've got a problem. I get the f21 and 5d error. I've checked the drain and cleared it out. But the machine keeps reverting back to f21 and 5d. What can I do?

Hello,
Check the pump cean out on the frount of the pump unscrew the plug, be prepaired for some water and also unplug the washer before starting...

The pump cleanout is located on the front of the machine, bottom right corner. There are only three screws holding the bottom cover on. It is easy to get to if you prop it up a few inches off the ground.!!..Thank you..

Please Post back how things turned or for further assistance..

Kind Regards!!!...

    F21 is:

    LONG DRAIN

    If the drain time
exceeds 8 minutes the water valves turn off.

    NOTES:

    After 4 minutes the
“Sd” error will be displayed, then

    4 minutes later the
“F/21” error code will be displayed.

    Press PAUSE/CANCEL
two times to clear the display.

    Possible
    Causes/Procedure

    1. Check the drain
hose and make sure it is not plugged or

    kinked.

    2. Unplug washer or
    disconnect power.

    3. Check the
electrical connections at the pump and make sure

    the pump is running.

    4. Check the drain
    pump filter for foreign objects.

    5. Plug in washer or
    reconnect power.

    6. If the above does
not correct the problem, go to step 7.

    7. Unplug washer or
    disconnect power.

    8. Replace the pump.

E13 error on Bosch wkd28350gb - pump is ok

E13 is the error for not draining ,, OR a suds overload issue?

The error code indicates a long drain condition. If the unit is not draining completely check the coin trap/clean out again. If it is clear then reach in there and rotate the pump impellar with your finger. It should have a little resistance but not a lot. If it is catchy, or hard to turn then replace the pump.
If the wash still won't drain and give you the error code again and you have checked and cleared the filter to the drain pump the you need to replace the drain pump and then clear the codes from the washer computer.

My canon copier D420 had a paper jam. can't get the copier to work now.

Try checking the paper path, there might be a broken or loose gear in there, a bent wire or stuck debris. If you done this and all seems ok but the error message keeps flashing, try to do a hard reset. That usually clears off error messages. If nothing happens, you might need to call a technician.

F02 Drain problem The drain hose has been checked, it's ok . Keeps showing F02 code. What's wrong?

HI There
Try this and let me know how that goes.
F/02 Long Drain
If the drain time exceeds 8 minutes, the water valves are turned off and "F/02" is flashed.
NOTE: After 4 minutes the "Sud" error will be displayed, then 4 minutes later the F02 error code will be displayed.

Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.
  • Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked.
  • Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure the pump is running.
  • Check the drain pump filter for foreign objects.
  • If the above does not correct the problem, replace the pump.
Thank you for writing to fix ya.
Best regards Richard

Washer will not leave the drain cycle

Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display then
  • Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked.
  • Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure the pump is running.
  • Check the drain pump filter for foreign objects.
  • If the above does not correct the problem, replace the pump.

It's because of a Long Drain condition. If the drain time exceeds 8 minutes, the water valves are turned off the code is flashed.
But Note: After 4 minutes the "Sud" error is usually displayed, then 4 minutes later the error code is displayed.
