Remove both cartridges, switch off then on, printer detects cartridge missing, install cartridges one by one & observe which one showing faulty, replace faulty cartridge..end..

hi you need to replace one or both of your cartridges with new ones if you have the old you can check , what cartridge couse the error and you can refill the old one like this

i dont have the tricolor cartridge in my hp 5610 and i want to work only with black cartridge and my printer says there is no cartridge on the left , is it posible to solve this problem and work with one cartridge only ? i can print but copy and fax doesnt work .
