Ive got an nokia e63 phone and it keeps on turning off automaticly even when im iam not using it

Usually the default lock code is 1234 but if it was changed by any person. Your phone will first require a flash wherein loads of saved information maybe lost if not backed up prior to this. Nokia has a free application called Nokia Suite where all your storage can be backed up on a pc or laptop. You can then contact a Nokia agent to reset your phone if the lock code is not 1234. good luck

reset the settings or use *#6360#

reset your phone, follow this step
Turns off the phone
Press simultaneously on the green/talk, 3 and* keys and hold the 3 keys.
Turn on your phone
Wait for the onscreen Format message then can release the three keys
This method may also work for Nokia phones that won't turn on.
Note that before making a reset on Nokia's latest phone using the *#7370# or the 3 finger method, better make a backup, as you will automatically delete important data:
The license for pre-loaded contents (music, video, maps,etc..) and pre-installed application (N-gage).

This is your network operators issue as there are only few operatrs who have launched 3G in india you will have to check each of the operators by changing the sim.

In Mumbai you can check Vodafone,Airtel,MTNL
in Gujrat Tata docomo is best.

Probably you have multiple names on the same number in your contacts due to storing contact number more than once, truncation, etc. Use Search Tool facility in Office, search contacts using the number you have problem with. If it found multiple names, choose one you like and delete all the others.

I think you ought to go to a nokia centre, andd hv them examine ur phone. im sure they can help.

u cant ive the same phone u can only use the characters from the menu in right hand corner at the bottom

this problem is due to the software corruption..
you have to check your software version by dialing *#0000#
