Hi
First off all do you have an administraters account on your computer that restricts you from downloading files ?
If so , i am afraid thats beyond my support .
But if your computer is run by a free user , it may be a firewall blockin the download , change your settings to allow www.itunes.com/download to work .
If this does not help , please supply me with more information so we can diagnose the problem as soon as possible .
