Firstly, to unfreeze a samsung behold. Try to remove the battery and install it back in.

If that does not work, then you have to flash the phone with the appropriate cable and software.

If that also does not work, than you have to open the phone with the appropriate screwdriver and fix the flexi ribbon or cable.
