Depending on your Bank setup. But usually there is an activation process that you need to complete in order to use your online banking.
If i where in your situation, i would go to official bank websites then look for specific activation process.
I guess you have two options there:
1. Call your bank provider and ask assistance to activate your online banking (they will do it for you, if they have that services).
2. Do it yourself, most of the time you need to activate it using the ATM machine.
The answer will depend on which bank you use. In general, if you have lost your password for online access, there is usually a link on the bank login page that says something like "Forgot your password?" and/or "Forgot your user ID?" Click on that link to see instructions for your particular bank.
Are the accounts you are creating "silver" accounts? If so those accounts only allow you to keep track of your game saves, achievements, and to purchase and download content. They do NOT allow you to play against other online. To do that you need to sign up for xbox live Gold. The Gold membership runs $25 for 3 months or $59 for 12 months. When you become a gold member, you can then play against others online.
Also, if you purchase a code and activate it, the account that is signed in is the account that becomes gold. Very important to double check before you buy in case you have multiple users in your household.
