PSN is currantly down for a scheduled maintenance. They will be back up at around 4am UK time. Unless there are further delays with it. The error you are getting refers to this.

Trying to sign in to PS network comes up with error code 8002A203. saying we have been signed out of network? Can anyone shed some light on the problem please.

System maintenance is currently underway , during the down time, which finishes at 3am GMT on Thursday, March 10th, users will not be able to log in to the PlayStation Account Management, register a new PSN account or access the PlayStation Store via the PlayStation 3 or PlayStation Portable.

Cant sign into the ps3 network, it just says an error has occurred and I have been signed out of the network (8002A203)
Hiya, PSN are carrying out system maintenance until around 9pm tonight. Nothing wrong with your PS3 or internet connection. Don't panic!!!

When i press the sign in button it says signing in and half way through the process it says error has accured u have been signed out of playstation network.(error 8002A203) thank you
This either means that the actual psn is down at the moment or too busy to sign you in or your internet connection is too slow or cant connect to your router
