Question about Creative Labs ZEN V Plus MP3 Player

1 Answer

I KNOW I can charge my MP3 player and listen to it at the same time, but I don't know how.

I have a Creative Zen and when I first started using it, I couldn't listen to it while I had it hooked up to the computer to charge; my home computer wouldn't allow it. I hooked it up to my computer at my job and, lo and behold, it didn't display "Docked!" So I turned it on and the music was playing even though the lightning icon was still in the corner indicating charging. For about a month, I was able to charge and listen. Then, about two days ago, I added some more music to it and afterwards, it went back to saying docked when plugged up; even on my work computer. Anybody have this weird phenomenon happen to them, too?

Disabled it under device manager! So that it still draws power from the USB port without attempting to pair with the computer.

My zen was working know its not at all wont turn on or off

Just look at the left side of the mp3, not where all the buttons are, but on the bottom left corner of the side of your mp3, and a little tiny barely noticeable button is there. it says "reset" click it and it should reboot or it'll start working
I recently found this out today :)
I had the same problem about like 15 times xD
So hope this helps!
