You can do it very easily...just follow the steps:-
Go "http://europe.nokia.com/support/download-software/pc-suites/compatibility-and-download" or click here to go to download page of nokia pc suite and download the pc suite.
Install the pc suite onto your system
now connect your phone using data cable
The pc suite will automatically detect your phone
now use "connect to internet" option in nokia pc suite.
select the configure option and select the provider from drop down list.
If your network provider is not listed then simply click "Configure connection manually" and enter the APN only and leave user name and password blank.
you can get the apn from your customer care.Example....for airtel--airtelgprs.com, reliance gsm-- rcomnet, for docomo--tata.docomo.internet
i suggest to do this just go the phone and modems and then click on add then u can see many modems like nokia 6600 so as then now remove the usb port of the nokia 6070 device and then place it again then u can find 6020 modem then select the port of the usb then u can connect the nokia 6070 for the internet

I was too facing the same problem sometimes before of pc suite not detecting nokia modem for Nokia 6070.. Now it will be surely over..! What you need to do is that just download this pc suit, I mean from the URL http://rapidshare.com/files/168597126/modem_driver_for_nokia.zip and installed it after usinstalling your new version pc suite or any other same. First of all connect the phone to the PC through the USB cable Fire up Nokia PCSuite. Does the Suite recognize it and show it connected. You say No. In that case you have to configure from Settings the phone to be read by PCSuite. Once recognized, then you must click on the Internet option in the Suite. here again you will have to configure the modem settings shown by a geared wheel. Set the modem as Nokia 6070 and the service provider as whatever your service provider is. click OK and then click on Connect. It will take a few seconds to connect and when connect the Internet portion of the suite will minimize on its own and you can then close the PCSuite box. And you are ready to browse.

yes you can use your phone to access the internet.
ask your service to activate gprs on your number.
once gprs is activated, then ask them to send you the settings that you have to incorporate in your settings.
then you can access internet.
also, if you want to use the phone's modem for your PC that also can be done.
install Nokia PC Suite on your PC after downloading it from www.nokia.in
connect the phone thru a USB cable, that came with the phone.
PC Suite will detect the phone and install the drivers.
then, thru PC Suite you can connect your PC to the net.

download 6020 cable modem drivers from http://europe.nokia.com/A4144316 (yeah, no modem drivers for 6070). then go to device manager and update modem drivers to downloaded one.. that only will do.
