Yeah you are screwed.
You don't know the owner? You don't know the code? And, you don't know the location? What!! Is it stolen?
You are correct that the unit will automatically unlock IF you get to within 150 feet of where the code was keyed in, because it uses those co-ordinates as security. Once within that location you can go in and change the code.
Failing the above, Now your only choice is to take to an authorized dealer. Good luck
