Question about Keyboards & Mice
While working on a desktop computer keyboard & mouse quit responding. Both plug into ports on backside of computer.
Rebooted XP Windows still same problem. Installed a USB mouse it works.
Num Lock will not light on keyboard.
Took old keyboard to work and used it there no problem works fine.
I feel at this time the problem is in the motherboard. Any other ideas?
Make sure batteries are good in both the Keyboard and Mouse. Then press the button on the Receiver.
Normal 0 Press the Receiver button (and the lights will start flashing.
Then if the Keyboard isn't working, press the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the board to connect the keyboard to the receiver.
If the MOUSE isn’t working, push the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the mouse to connect to the receiver. Then they should work okay.
Hope this helps. Bud
