A99 is a communication error. Try unplugging your dishwasher for 10 minutes and then try it again. If you still get an A 99 code that suggests a problem in the control board in the dishwasher. In this instance I recommend an engineer as it can be extremely difficult to fault find this error. Hope this helps.
This is an awful dishwasher had 20 visits in 28 months. we have had 3 motors, 2 motherboards, control panel, heating element, brand new door and it is gone again. insurance will not write it off.
