Question about Hitachi Televison & Video
My Tobhiba cinema series model no Tn43v71 and series no 636649224 will talk but my picture is black if the power supply has malfunctioned can I reset it by unpluge the tv

The lamp is in the front of the TV. Pop off the gray cover, about the width of the screen, located just left of the power button. You will then see a bunch of warning labels on the left. Unscrew the one screw that is there and take that piece off. There's your lamp. Unscrew the screw on the right of the lamp and the lamp will slide out.

The lamp is on the bottom left side. Remove the plastic piece that goes across the TV below the screen. It will snap off. No screws. Remove 2 screws to access the lamp carriage.
Make sure you DO NOT touch the new lamp with your bare hands.
