I have a 42 in beko lcd have sound perefect but no picture is it worth repairing

audio chep most be replaced or try to diag. from speaker wire test it with the tester if given power. if not try to check all capasito and resitor if given the right voltage.

Probably filter capacitor in power supply if it
exploded should be easy to find may have caused other problems however
could be worth checking

I'm having the exact same problem with mine. Same model and everything. I would also like to know if it is repairable.

i have a 32 inch beko tv the freeview has stopped working and now i can only get annalog channels. can any1 tell me how i can fix the freeview problem ..thanks gary

That sounds like the backlight system or its powersupply has failed. If you can see an ghost like image when close and at an angle near the dge (depends on the light) then this confirms the backlight being the problem.

Repair cost should be about $100. You should be able to get this fixed under warrenty if you have any. If not get repair estimates before doing anything. It should be worth fixing but it never hurts to know if it is getting close to what a new replacment tv is worth.

if the screen is physicly broke not worth repair. if you just cant get video it could be y-sus board or z-sus there are just a lot of things it could be kinda hard to give you a price a repairman might charge sorry

Sounds like a bad digital board. This board is part of the LCD panel and handles the picture info going into the panel. Have a repair shop check it out for you. It is worth a check out charge.

In order to properly provide you with guidance, we need some hint about the problem. Can you describe the symptoms? Is the set dead? Are there any blinking status lights?
