The game freezes when kratos cut the man down which is eaten by a bird. when the man falls in the fire ,the flames goes around kratos and then the game freezes

Computer freezes is usually related to hardware, meaning the video card, random access memory (RAM), or another component may be underperforming. Software can also lead to a frozen computer, as can issues with drivers, the operating system, and malware; A virus or spyware infection on your computer might also be the source of freeze issues.all these things can stop a computer from working properly.
1.If the freeze happens every time a certain hardware device is plugged in or switched on, the device itself might be to blame. Check drivers update for the device, and download and install them to erase any bugs that might exist in your version. Similarly, if the freeze only happens when using one particular application, that program might also be the root cause.
2.Run the System Restore utility from the System Tools section of the Accessories folder on the Start menu to roll back Windows to a previous version of the registry. This will fix prior registry issues without affecting personal files and settings.

3.If your computer still keeps freezing up after you take the solutions above, I suggest you to download a software to deal with it. The choice is sure to be more effective and simple, but there are few free utilities for this issue. Windows Boot Genius is a excellent one if you wanna take this solution.

I purchased an Acer Aspire Z3751 less than a week ago. Since then the computer has frozen 7 times - and the only way to get it unfrozen is the dreaded off switch. Is this normal or should I be returning...

In all probability, this is likely to be software related, however, at a week old, this smacks of very poor PDI from the factory or dealer. In the interests of your warranty, I'd have NO hestitation in taking it back and demanding the problem be resolved. I would moreover, make a log of when and how this freezing happened and keep a record in case of difficulties with the supplier.

The computer stores a crash dump log that will show any competent technician what caused the event leading to it freezing.

After you get it back/ replaced, I'd also advise giving it a "bit of a workout", there is some good software that can be obtained off the internet taht will test the system to identify and weak spots

Microsoft applications off computer, computer keeps freezing

Not sure what you are asking for.

Computer freezing can be caused by a number of things. Does freezing occur somewhat randomly? Or only when you use a certain application?

Desktop freezes up so often or gets logout by itself & reboot?!

This could be a couple of things, overheating may cause it to randomly shut down, but if it freezes up on you then it could be a motherboard issue or memory. When you boot up your computer, does it beep at you at all? More than 1 beep signifies a problem. Right click on the my computer icon and click properties, see how much memory it says you have, does that number look accurate? A bad memory module could cause similar problems. A bad motherboard would, in my experience, more often freeze when you first boot up.

Random freezes

Make sure that your computer is malware/spyware and/or virus-free! =)

Also run ... msconfig (system configuration utility) then got to system tab > check hide all Microsoft Services > disable all

Go to Startup tab > click on disable all

Restart computer

If issue was solved, problem is software related (could be a program /virus /malware).

If the same issue occurs, run diagnostics since more likely than not , this could be a hardware issue. (You might want to send the pc to a service center)

Thanks.

Random Restart or Computer Freeze

what you did is OK for minor fixes. mostly for application error.
you need to format the hard drive and install the OS again in order the OS to work properly. you may have some file that is left over that is cusing the shut-down.
