You need to take a screwdriver for the two small screws at the bottom. after doing this, you slide the white part of the eclipse out of the colored part. also, you need to be very careful about touching the inside of the eclipse. it's EXTREMELY fragile. hope i helped!

The problem is that you might have unplugged your device, before all of your songs could sync onto your device. Try plugging your device back up to your computer and sync the songs on there that isnt already on your device.
