My blaupunkt coach crd 41 switches on and off until it warms up and then stays on as normal

Same problem. Switches on/off, display flashes even when working. I have had nothing but problems with the CRD41's on 5 different coaches. Nobody appears to be able to fix them either I just get told "software problem" needs to be returned to Germany at a greater cost than a replacement. New generation of Blaupunkt radios are not a patch on the old coach systems. Can anybody help???

Blaupunkt radio says protect

Chances are there is a blown or shorted speaker, if able disconnect all speakers and unplug radio, plug back in and see if protect goes away. If so, re-connect each speaker one at a time until you find problem.

I have a Blaupunkt Cambridge SQM 39 car stereo. I replaced my battery and when I turned to the unit back on, rather than saying 'code' across the screen, it just has 4 lines. I have read the manual and...

Hi, think the solutions 1 and 2 didn't match your problems. You have to at first reset by, turn on the radio and wait for half an hour or more until the text "code" appear on the screen. Then you can enter your code. You have to press the "PS" button when you enter the keys 1 to 4. God luck. I had the same problem but this procedure helped me.

Need to know what color the hot and ground wires are i have a blaupunkt apd 552

The black cable is the ground.
The yellow cable is your constantly on power cable. This is hot as long as the battery is connected. The car can be on or off and this wire will still be hot.
Red is the switched power cable. This turns on when the car is turned on, but is switched off when the car is turned off also. This is for those times when you turn the key halfway in a car to turn on your accessories.

Does Blaupunkt model san remo m28 have the abilty to switch from single play to continuous play?

I waited for your reply but in the end I E-mailed supposedly Blapunkt help line specialists.

I can say that none of them were hepful, so I telephoned a a company out of York Yellow pages and the had all the answers at their fingertips. End of story.

Thank you for taking the time to e-mail me, I had not understood that the product was so clouded in secrecy that even the simplest information was not readily available.

I shall not be purchasing Blaupunkt Equipment.

Many thanks

John Clarey.

The wiring in my peugot partner does not all ow me to have my blaupunkt radio operated by the vehicles ignition

It depends on the year of manufacture of the vehicle, if it is a new vehicle it may be a can bus system which doesn't have an ignition live and you will need to hard wire a switched live either from the fuse box or the cigarette lighter is sometimes an ignition live.If your vehicle does have a switched live behind the radio you will need to swap it with the permanent live
