For that you have to change ur mail option settting to save sent item than only u will be able to find ur sent mails but it will be from when u set from that time onwards...

You can go to www.unlockitnow.com,www.mobile2mobile.net or take it to a mobile service center that can unlock mobile and pay a small fee to have it done.
You need the settings for:
Incoming Mail Server (POP 3),
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP), you can get these from your email service provider, IE. the host of your website (the server where your website is held) or if it's Hotmail, Yahoo or similar contact them for the settings.
Go to: http://www.ownskin.com/ When you download a Theme you'll also download an animater file, you wont see this file, if you find it on the phone setttings don't delete it.
It should get things working again.
