Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Check where the toner motor is there is a white plastic piece in the toner section that the motor goes into make sure that there is nothin wrong with it. it could stop the toner from turning and that could cause the code.
Motor could be bad or home position sensor could be dirty.
Also make sure it is not a generic toner, some people have had problems in the past with generic toner bottles, also if you have had the back cover off the machine make sure the sensor on the bottom left hand side is actuated.good luck

Tips for a great answer:
If the machine is throwing the C0070 code without the bottle being inserted than likely the worm gear of the little drive motor of the toner bottle holder is damaged.
If C0070 is only coming up with the bottle inserted, than the bottle may be wrong or damaged from previous attempts.
To reach the toner bottle holder ("hopper") mechanism you have to remove the rear cover.
