I have amecan Greeting Card plus 3 and it will not work on my Vista 64 bit please help

check and make sure both windows Vista and office plus 2010 are both 32-bit system. If your windows vista is 32-bit and your office plus 2010 is 64-bit then the office won't install.
this is how your check if your computer is a 32-bit or 64-bit system

1. click start
2. look for my computer
3. right-click my computer
4. click PROPERTIES
5. from the properties window you will see if your vista is a 32 bit or 64 bit operating system.

for your MS OFFICE plus 2010 brows the cd and to determine if your office is a 32 bit or 64 bit
1. you should see x86= this is a 32 bit
2. x64 = this is a 64 bit

Check if there are Vista drivers since Windows 7 and Vista are very similar. If they are not available then you'll probably have to go back to your previous operating system.

you can remain at your current O.S. just instal VMware,virtualpc or other programs that you chould run with your current O.S. when is instaled just instal let say xp in it then you program will work and you can use vista also. 

Windows 7 shares alot of the atributes of windows Vista,try that driver.

This is system requirements "above" Vista and Win 7 are not supported.You would have to contact them for support.Sorry.

You need a 64 bit driver for your sound card so that you can install it in windows vista 64 bit operating platform. Visit the product website and obtain the 64 bit version of its driver for windows vista.

I could not find the Windows 7 64-bit drivers on Labtec website. However, I would suggest to download & install the Windows Vista 64-bit drivers.

Here's how to download them:
1. Go to: http://www.labtec.com/index.cfm/service/listing/EUR/EN,crid=68,crid2=1764
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the section "Software for Labtec Notebook WebCam, Webcam Pro, WebCam Plus, plus SE and labtec® webcam".
3. From the "- Select Your Operating System -" drop-down menu, select "Windows Vista 64-bit".
4. From the "- Select Your Language -" drop-down menu, select "English".
5. Click on the "download" button to start the download.

That would point to either an incompatability with Vista or incorrect config settings.

there is very little software, and virtually no freeware, that supports vista 64 bit. return the computer if u can and exchange it for one with vista 32 bit, these machines usually have 3 gigs or less of ram, where as the vista 64 bit systems will typically have 4 or more gigs of ram.
