First, unplug the microwave
Second, if it is vented outside, disconnect the duct from the microwave.
Then, there should be 3 screw in the cabinet above the microwave that hold it upright, remove those 3 screws and it should tilt down, and then you just lift the rear of the microwave to get it off of the bracket that is on your wall, and that should be it.

locate the microwave's power supply cord.Remove the power supply cord from the wall outlet.Wait one to two minutes.Re-insert the power supply cord into the wall outlet. The microwave is now reset.
