Question about Nikon Speedlight SB-800 TTL Flash
My Speedlight SB-800 has been hard pressed due to a mistake. :-(
It had a crack in the front glass and minor damage at the Flash head tilting/rotating lock release button.
I have fixed both problems and the flash seems to function normaly, exept for one thing. The flash shooting distance range does not appear at horizontal position, but only at 60, 75 and 90 degrease, whitch is totaly wrong.
Because of the repair, I opened the flashhead, but could not find anything that could give that wrong position-signal.
Did anyone know, what could be wrong?
Doing the resetting the settings it will be fixed. Press a and b approximately 2 seconds reset all setting, including the custom settings.
Control panel quick reference
Procedures for custom settings, recalling the underexposure value in the TTL auto flash mode, resetting all settings to their default value
