the screen of my aspire 4310 has been doing some "blinking" recently jusy awhile i truned it on and nothing came out on the screen, i could see the outline of the wallpaper but the screen ws totally dark...what is the problem with it.. sometimes when i tap the battery pack or the area above the batter pack the screen comes to life..maybe it's only the battery? loose probably?

- misterdj, thanks a bunch..i rebooted the laptop but before i did it i fixed the battery pack making sure it was really tight, and when i turned on the laptop it was doin great again, when i first bought it i had problems with the battery pack..i think it was a bit loose.. i will still take note of the progress of my laptop. i am hoping that i wont have any problems anymore... thank you... i am using the laptop now. :)Same Problem

Have you changed any hardware components lately???
does this problem still exist if the battery is removed and only the charger connected to the wall?
AC power should still power the lap top for normal booting process,check this first,
if so try
replace the battery or the charger plug is faulty on the laptop
