Laptop Acer 3682WXMi
Problem: has a built-in camera, however this will not start.
Hi, I have a built-in in camera in the lap-top but every time i open it, it won't work for me. I went into "problems report and solutions" under control panel and it is telling me that Acerorbicam application has compatibility problems.
As this laptop was bought less than a year ago i have Windows vista installed on it. Could that be the reason? I went into Acerorbicam application properties to see if i can choose the compatibility with Vista but there are other Windows app listed except Window vista. Can you please help out? If not would it be possible to get a contact number in IRL for Acer technical support
