Question about Microsoft Outlook 2003 for PC

Email I set my signature up in what i think is WORD dOCUMENT I made 2 boxes from tables and pt tect in one and pic in the other. It all looks fine when I send it but it is all over the place when someone receives it. Also I have tried ptting my logo as stationery with this signature but it repeats it all over the background.

No you have to set it up as HTML if you're going to do it that way. It can be done in Word but say it as HTML (Web Page) not a Doc. Note that users on the other end might have HTML disable and only allow draft or text only to be shown in Outlook or Thunderbird.

How to digitally sign a fax online


The first step is to create a digital image of a signature - there are multiple ways of doing that:

Option #1. Upload signature
1. Scan signature using a scanner device or take a photo using a smartphone or tablet.
2. Save the image file in one of the following formats: JPG, PNG, GIF and max file size of 8MB.
3. Upload the saved signature file to Popfax account.

Option #2. Draw signature
The draw feature allows user to draw his signature directly in the Popfax interface.

Option #3. Type signature
User can type his name and/or surname in one of 4 available fonts and use it as signature for documents and faxes signing.

Option #4. Upload signature by email
Upload signature by sending an email with an image attached to sign@popfax.com from the email address registered in the Popfax account. Subject and Body of the email can be empty.

Create email signature


  1. From the main Microsoft Outlook window, on the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Mail Format tab.
  2. In the Compose in this message format list, click the message format that you want to use the signature with.
  3. Under Signature, click Signatures, and then click New.
  4. In the Enter a name for your new signature box, enter a name.
  5. Under Choose how to create your signature, select the option you want.
  6. Click Next.
  7. In the Signature text box, type the text you want to include in the signature.
You can also paste text to this box from another document.
  1. To change the paragraph or font format, select the text, click Font or Paragraph, and then select the options you want. These options are not available if you use plain text as your message format.
  2. To add an electronic business card - vCard - to the signature, under vCard options, select a vCard from the list, or click New vCard from Contact.
  3. Click Finish when you are done editing the new signature.

How to add a hyperlink to my signature?


It's easy.

go to Gmail -> Settings -> General -> Signature ->
write down your hyperlink e.g. pattidavidb@gmail.com ->
Highlight this ->
click the button "Link" (looks like a chain) on the text box header.

1-Print the attached document !

2-Write your usual signature on the printed paper

3-Scan the paper by any scanner

I wanna know how to get a texting signature.


A signature is created by establishing an account only as the owner of the device from which documents would be created. A cell phone only has one account allowable. The process of setting up a signature is described.
1. Sign into the internet with the browser provided in the phone. 2. Locate your email account, explore through the settings to find user account settings 3. The internet email account area should provide the options including typesrcitpt adjustment, format, fonts and several functions available to create your signature. 4. using the keypad area of the phone ocne at the signature area provided by the email acount login, customise the signature of choice.
Remember that signatures identify the sender of messages sent on to another person by email messages. You can only set the signature by first signing into the email your email account. The features of the email including creating an account, aslo provides the options on which to engrave a unique signature to identify the sender of emails on a network. The keypad area is only used to craft the mesage on the signature.

I'd like to have an option of signature that I can just click and choose. Also, can I have a photo that will be on my emails?


For yahoo mail normal user only one option is there to put the signature permanently.... just follow the steps....below

And also you can't add a pic in signature but you can drag it and paste directly in or before signature....

Can I insert a graphic/picture into my yahoo signature box? I would like to insert a logo from my favorite sports team.


what u do is to open to your compose message then, click insert in which it will take u back to your document or where ever u saved or download the logo or pics, then click , it will appear on the box, then click and wait
