Question about Bugaboo Cameleon Jogger
Hello - we have a Bugaboo Cameleon which is less than one year old and therefore still covered by the warranty. I have sent emails to the addresses provided on the Bugaboo.com website to ask them what the process is in making a claim (as the front wheels have both broken), but I haven't heard back for about 4 days. We are based in UK so the 1800 number provided on the website doesn't work. I am at a loss re how to contact them to sort this out - we only have the one stroller so we need to sort it out quickly! does anyone know how to contact Bugaboo on the phone? or what process we should follow for a warranty claim? thank you so much.
Where did you buy it from? Have you contacted them? I believe that most Bugaboo retailers handle this on behalf of the customer.
