Bugaboo Cameleon Warranty claim - contact details in UK

Hello - we have a Bugaboo Cameleon which is less than one year old and therefore still covered by the warranty. I have sent emails to the addresses provided on the Bugaboo.com website to ask them what the process is in making a claim (as the front wheels have both broken), but I haven't heard back for about 4 days. We are based in UK so the 1800 number provided on the website doesn't work. I am at a loss re how to contact them to sort this out - we only have the one stroller so we need to sort it out quickly! does anyone know how to contact Bugaboo on the phone? or what process we should follow for a warranty claim? thank you so much.

Where did you buy it from? Have you contacted them? I believe that most Bugaboo retailers handle this on behalf of the customer.

Hope you get this sorted.

The shoulder strap adjustors (the things that make the strap longer/shorter) on my Bugaboo Cameleon are easily pulled down by my 2 year old. He is then able to get out of his harness & out of the pram....


No that should not happen. Bugaboo have very good customer service while in the two year warranty period that all turns to custard the day after it expires, So contact them now!

The two pop-in adjusters for seat recline won't pop-in/out on our cameleon,how to fix?


This can be resolved by obtaining replacement buttons. You can either contact the retailer you originally purchased the Bugaboo from, provided it is within the two year warranty, or you can contact Bugaboo directly and purchase them. On bugaboo.com there are contact details you can use.

I have a bugaboo chamelon pram , the two round white knobs at the side for reclining seem to be stuck and wont click back into place !! making the carrycot?pushchair unstable


If the Cameleon is under two years old then it is covered by the warranty. The best thing to do is to contact the retailer you purchased the pushchair from or contact Bugaboo direct (www.bugaboo.com). They should arrange for a set of replacement buttons for the seat frame and instructions to be sent to you. If it is out of warranty, you'll just need to purchase these spare parts from them.

Hi,

There are two ways of solving this. You can either contact the retailer where this was purchased for repair under warranty (if this was of course a fault and under two years old) or you can contact Bugaboo for a replacement brake assembly kit. This is very straight-forward to replace yourself.
www.bugaboo.com - if you go via Bugaboo themselves, they will require your purchase information, colour, serial number etc.

The left arm is not secure in place and only folds


If you have had the Bugaboo Cameleon for less that two years, it is under the warranty. I don't know how Bugaboo US works, but here in the UK what you do is contact the retailer you purchased it from, and they will send a service request form to Bugaboo. Bugaboo will arrange for it to be returned to them for either a repair, or a replacement. You will normally be offered a loan in the meantime, usually the same model. If it is out of warranty, they will probably suggest you purchase a new chassis!
