Problem sending txt message to other mobile phone. I can receive the txt but other cant receive my txt message Tahnks Maya

Some reason why messages is in traffic or unable to send messages is when your phone memory is full,to stay away from this problem,you should erase some of your messages or other stuff on your mobile so there's still a free space on your phone memory and to be able to do any operation on your mobile.

If this method doesn't work,try to reset your mobile by going to settings > master reset and reset your phone settings or the entire phone (full format).if ask for the code,the default code is 0000 is you never change the code before,if you did change,enter your desire code.take note that all of your data will be deleted so back up your important files first before doing this operation.

go sms setting and then text message go down u see preferred connection and set it in gsm not packet data. ok

You cannot send messages because the message centre number stored in your mobile may be wrong.

Please enter the correct message centre number. To get the correct message centre number please call your service provider and they will provide you the number.

Menu > Messaging >Options >Settings > Text message >Message centres

I think when you send text message it says message failed...right..???

This is because there is option in your mobile called as message service centre number.please check weather this number is correct.Call your service provider and you can get this number.

And also there is an option called as reply via same message centre please put this to 'NO'. now you can send messages

To go to this options please check follow these steps....
1.open 'menu'
2.open 'messages'
3.Go to 'message settings'
4.in that open 'text message'
5.there is an option called as 'message centre',please entre your new message centre number and save it. set this as your message centre
6.Check the option 'reply via same centre' and please put it to 'NO'

my mytouch can received txt msgs but I can't send messages because an icon appears with an envolope with an explanation mark! meaning "txt not sent"... Help how can I solve this problem

-also these: validity period>maximum
message senr as>text
-call settings>send my caller id>set by network

IT CAN BE FIXED BY ONLY CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE..

You have to get the MMS Settings on your handset from your Mobile Service Provider.

Their are two ways to get the MMS Settings :

1. Your operator will give you a code, which you have to send via SMS to a toll free number and you will get your settings within 15-20 minutes on your handset.

2. Set your MMS Settings manually by calling your operator. They will give you the settings manually on phone. You just have to put the details in your handset options.

Maybe you never activated the phone to receive txt messages. Call up sprint and activate incoming txt.

I had this problem also, make sure your browsre is working since all text messages go through it. I had to program in a new network ,this information should be available to you by contacting your carrier(I have the t-mobile & cingular iformation for this if needed). If browser does work then check message setup(you may have incorrect service center number or gateway entered,also make sure SMS is turned on). To check setup go to message center, select message inbox,select menu, select setup (again you can get the correct info by contacting carrier or I have t-mobile if you would like it)
