Question about HP Printers & Copiers
It's very difficult not knowing what printer and what cartridge. As long as it is doing alignment, it means it is accepting your cartridge. But since it keeps on asking it everytime you turn on the printer, it might be you need to check if the contact points have ink on them as well as the contact pins on the printer, it they are clean then just re-insert the cartridges carefully. If it doesn't work, try one of your old cartridges to see if it will do the re-aligment request or not. If it doesn't then it's most likely the cartridge. If it does then it might be a hardware problem w/ your printer. Hope this helps.
