Contact your network provider and ask them to block your IMEI number. This will prevent the thief from using another SIM card in your phone. The phone will no longer be able to make calls unless you authorize it to be unblocked.
While you are talking to your network provider, write down the IMEI number of your phone then make a report to the Police. Sometimes stolen phones are recovered and returned if the original owner has reported it stolen.
i actually have that kind of phone and even though you will not insert your sim the phone and all in there can be taken away by some one. try to look for an original battery. and before you use the cp be sure to charge it 6 hours continously...no interuption
When this phone was first programed it took a sim card , someone may of had it programmed with another carrier that didn't take sim card and maybe it got dropped, wet and when it came back on it went back to the old program. I would take it to your carrier and let them reprogram it. My sister had a razr v3c and it took a sd card for music, pictures and some v3c don't have a slot ,my v3c does'nt.I wouldn't take it apart because if there is no slot under the battery or on the side of the phone there is neither a slot for a sim or sd slot. They Don't put these inside the phone .
The default security code for Nokia is 12345 IMEI: 356438012346609 Master code: 0631367461 Close all applications on your phone. With your phone switched ON, remove the battery. Then remove the SIM card. Replace the battery without the SIM card and switch your phone on. Type in the security codes (any code) until the phone request the Master code, when it does, leave your phone still, don’t use it for 15 minutes, then type in the Master code. This is the code needed to reset the Security code, nothing else, and it’s for your phone only. If it does not request the Master code, your phone will have to be connected to a computer via an unlock box to restore the Security code.
