Above is a link to specs for your system. It comes with a PCI Express port which would allow the install of a graphics card. Reading the specs, it mentions the NVDIA GeForce 7050 which if installed on your system, would allow hd output. If you can't gain HD at this point you may want to consider insatlling a garphics card in the PCIe slot.

How can I get the best HD (cable) signal to my old HD TV with no HDMI port. The TV only has Component Video, S-Video, RGB input, and of course Coax input. The TV is an LG DLP TV.

If it is an hd compatible tv the is has to have either an hdmi port or a dvi port. Our old projection tv was hd but before the current hdmi format so we had to use an hdmi to dvi conversion cable. If it doesn't have either of these then it probably isn't hd compatible.

Your machine may support more than one monitor and have more than one monitor port. Change the cable connecting the computer and monitor to a different monitor port as the computer may not yet be configured for the port you have plugged the monitor in to.

Press the monitor's power button.
Check the LEDs on the front bezel or power button of the eMachines monitor to confirm that the monitor receives power.

Green LEDs denote a working connection..

Perform a monitor self-test.
Switch off the monitor.

Emachines T5274a desktop computer have wifi

Most desktops do Not have wifi built in and specs for this unit do no show wifi , you usualy need to add a wifi dongle in a usb port or add a card.

You can buy a converter like HDMI/VGA converter, VGA port is supported by almost all desktop. So check the manual and see what is the port specification of your LCD monitor and use a converter from any computer store or Ebay.

does the specification of your PC meet the games minimum requirements? Some eMachines do not have the best graphics cards.

You resolution on the eMachine is higher than what the 42inch LCD can support .. reduce is to size by check the LCD manual and make change in window display settings
