Bluetooth is not ready.what am i gonna do?its like that for a week.

hi . back up your info on iTunes & reset the phone . if still not gonna work you have to update to newer version witch i (don't advice) your phone gonna be very slow

install the necessary driver software for bluettooth from acer's website.once you download and installed it. everything is gonna be fine.

is your laptop Bluetooth ready or is it Bluetooth enabled?
To find out if it is Bluetooth ready go to control panel and see if you can see a Bluetooth icon anywhere if you have then just click the Bluetooth icon and it will take you through a setup wizard to connect to your phone or any Bluetooth device.

If it's not there then your laptop is most likely Bluetooth ready which means it can support Bluetooth, so you will have to buy a Bluetooth adapter which are fairly cheap.

usually, the "pin" (connection code) is something simple... the most common is 0000 but if you buy something from AT&T its always gonna be 1234 or 9999 so the best thing to do is to brute force it... like 1111 2222 3333 4444 etc. hope this helps

check if other applications are running like "bluetooth" etc. I got the similar problem when my bluetooth was turned on

Begin with the headset turned off. Press and hold down the silver call control button in for 6-10 seconds. The light will flash blue first. Continue to hold the button down then release the button when the indicator light starts flashing red then blue.

Not all compaq 6720s come with bluetooth module, but you can go to Control Panel --> System --> Hardware --> Device Manager, check whether your laptop is bluetooth ready, refer picture below,


If you can see the Bluetooth Devices in Device Manager, means your laptop is bluetooth ready. Then on your bluetooth by click the wireless button and you willl see blue light is on.

I also had problems losing the use of my Apple Bluetooth keyboard in combination with the D-Link DBT-120 dongle.

I fixed it by going to System Preferences > Bluetooth > Advanced > and changed the default Bluetooth-PDA-Sync popup menu from "Modem" to the "RS-232" port.

This fixed the loss of my Apple Bluetooth keyboard during reboots and it also fixed all of the Bluetooth error messages I was getting in the Console > System Log... as well as all of the Bluetooth error messages I was getting during SUM (i.e. Single User Mode... Command-S during startup).
