Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I think you can do it through the control panel. My desktop uses Nvidia which worked for my new monitor, there should be some options in the control panel for you to adjust it. Might also be under personalization, guess it depends on the model.

I don't know how to increase/adjust the volume on my LCM-19v5 computer monitor

OSD Menu Functions
English
All the function settings for the LCD monitor are controlled via the control keys located on
the bottom part of the front panel. To display the OSD main menu, press the “Menu”
keypad button on the control keys. (Note: The OSD menu display will disappear
automatically after approximately 10 seconds, if no action is taken.)
The LCD monitor has been adjusted to optimal settings before shipment. Adjustments to
the monitor settings can be made using the OSD menu.
• Press the “Menu” button to display the OSD.
• Press the ▲ or ▼ button to select the function to be adjusted.
• Press the button to access the function to be adjusted.
• Press the ▲ or ▼ button to select the sub-function to be adjusted.
• Press the or buttons to change the current setting of the sub-function.
• To go back to the previous menu, press the button. Changes are saved
automatically.

• To exit the OSD menu press "Menu" again. It automatically will save any changes
that have been made.

If this is helpfull; please indicate so.

You should have 4 silver buttons on your screen. Menu,- , +, and select. Click menu, then image control. I know this is going to seem strange, but go to "clock" and adjust it. i am positive it will work. :)

Hi, I had the same problem and I wrote an email to Nu. They wrote me back that I should use the Factory reset feature which you have to go through the Factory Menu to get to. Instructions to do this are as follows. I got to the menu my first try but it has been a pain to get back to it. I hope it will be easier to access for yours.

Hope this helps
