"E-9" in the display means the battery is almost out of power. Change the battery now. If the message reappears after the battery has been replaced, reset the meter. you can test also by another screen to test the screen if some problem...
Mostly the blank lcd on 3250 dont need to change lcd.but the problem usually from emif IC(IC display).if you have an experience in phone hardware try to change it.But if you don't,take to service center because change IC display more cheaper than change lcd. so chek it up first.
