Need radio code
Take photo ID, title for the car, and registration to the dealership. This proves you are who you say you are, and that you own the car. They can use the documents to get the VIN number, and use the VIN to look up the code. This is the only way to do it, and any Mercedes dealer can do it. They may hit you for up to an hour's labor though, so be prepared.
