I bought new Samsung Q30 laptop.I am using Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit operating system.While playing songs with WMP, i hear some distracted noise with mouse stops working for a second and again it comes in running condition.well... this does not happen regularly but suddenly occurs while using laptop. Sometime it happens while system is booting and it sends a welcome sound.Does it a hardware problem or software problem?? Kindly suggest.
