Firstly, the key should be marked WU01. If it isn't then you are trying to open it with the coin box key.

The door has a foam seal on it to prevent dust getting in. To open the door simply turn the key clockwise THEN firmly press the door shut (to ease the tightness) by pressing on the three metal ribs on the door frame...and the key should continue clockwise and unlock the door. Don't press the plastic or you will crack it and maybe break a tube.

Car boot won t open

Went through every site recently but couldn't get the answer.
For my 1985 Toyota corona the answer is.
Firstly open the boot.
1. Look at similar boot in open position.
2. Slide steak knife in at 45 degrees upwards from rear to front under the boot. Ensure the end of the blade is aiming at the lock.
3. Push steak knife handle to left.
Next fix the problem.
A. Search for defective component and replace it.
B. After replacing the basic lock a component still needed to be bent
to activate lock whilst key was turning.
Finally test boot without locking it.
Use screwdriver to click mechanism as if locking, before using key to unlock.

Tip

Adjusting your gain for your amplifier, or amplifiers

I contacted JBL, and Pioneer about the RCA outputs of the DEH-P5800MP. I got a question answered by JBL that you should gain your amplifier, or amplifiers at half of the Head Units volume, in which case the 5800 model has a max volume of 62. I would assume that this goes for any unit since I didn't give JBL the model or brand, which indicates that they are giving a tip on every, or most units unless specified. You can e-mail the manufacture on what unit you have just in case yours is different. I found after a good conversation with the technical support guy at Pioneer that you should turn your volume up to 25-30 (25 for your loudest CD, and gain it from there. I told him that I was an audiophile and he suggested that I could gain it at 45 for my lowest recorded CD. I have been installing and gaining systems at 3/4 volume, or if the max volume was 62 then I would gain my lowest recorded digital CD at that volume. I was amazed that JBL had an answer for probably 90% of the head units, and I have learned something new. I was under the assumption that the higher the volume the more voltage the RCA's put out allowing you to be able to have your amp gain at a lower level. From my experience of 12 years, hearing both companies say roughly the same thing it is apparent that Pioneer units with a 2 volt output should be gained at the 25-30 volume range(probably for your lowest recorded CD. I have CD's that are pure digital and bass CD's and CD's that are recorded louder (like techno music, or alternative music) If you know what you are doing, and can hear distortion, like I can, the tech said that I could gain it at 45 for the lowest recorded CD. This allows your lowest recorded CD to be played at max volume at 30-45, and your loudest CD's would be at peak volume before 30, or 45 if you choose that route. Keep in mind that less power blows speakers before more power does. That is the best advice I can give, and I will adjust my system accordingly to there recommendations. Thank you

I HAVE A GRAFTER ELECTRONIC DIGITAL SAFE WITH A LOCKED DOOR, NO KEY, NO CODE AND AT THE MOMENT NO LUCK. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP. ?

If the safe isn't fixed to the wall or floor, then you can easily open the door in seconds.

Just balance the safe on it's rear edge, tilted back about 45 degrees, so the front is about 4" off the ground.

Hold the door release gently and allow the safe to fall flat, as you hear the impact, turn the release clockwise. Timing is everything and it took me 4 goes to get it right.

Problems with Wurlitzer Jukebox 1015 One More Time key will not turn to open the front of the unit

I had the same problem due to the weight of the door, my solution was simple, as you turn the key gently push the door with your knee to relieve the pressure on the lock, simple but it worked.

Recording

The EDSR1600 will not go into manual recording mode (by pressing the REC button on the front panel) unless all of the automatic modes are disabled and the hard drive bays are firmly pressed in and locked. Press the MENU button, select ALARM and turn everything in the OPeration column to OFF. Return to the MENU, select MOTION and also turn set all the OPerations to OFF. Return again to the main MENU and under RECORD, set ALARM RECORD OPERATION to OFF, PRE-ALARM RECORD OPERATION to OFF, and PERMANENT RECORD OPERATION to OFF. Note: Turn the JOG wheel clockwise or counter-clockwise to select an option. Press the ENTER button to confirm the option and move to the next field. Press the MENU button to enter, or return to the main MENU. Press the MENU button twice to exit the main MENU. To check if the round key locks on the front of the Hard Drive bay trays are locked, turn OFF the EDSR1600. Open (pull down) the left side front cover and gently pull up on the drive bay handles. If locked, the handles should not lift and the bays should not slide out. After your check, press the bays in firmly to ensure good seating of the Hard Drives. The ESDR1600 should now go into manual RECord if the DVR is working properly. The red REC LED should also light each time a recording is being made. If the REC LED flashes, this means the DVR is recording a field or frame of video.
