No we can't send it to you, but you can download the drivers from the Gigabyte WEB site. Make sure you download the correct drivers for your model motherboard and the correct XP or Vista version of the drivers you need.

Your GA-7N400 PRO2 motherboard does not have a built-in video graphics card. You need to install an AGP 8x graphics card into the AGP slot on the motherboard. When you removed the heat-sink & fan assembly the CPU starts to over heat & the CPU will shut down the system. That's why you heard the, european ambulance sound. If it wouldn’t, you would fry the CPU. Make sure you add thermal grease on to the CPU before re-assembling the heat-sink & fan. Don't forget to plug the CPU fan power connector on to the board.
Check your memory card. Reseat, if it does not boot. Clean its edge connector. Power up it again. If it does not boot again. Clean other card, pci and video card.
If it does not boot up. You can try to power up your cpu with only the processor, memory, video card and cdrom with a bootable cdrom.
