Your Router Should Be Configured for your Internet Service Provider. To do that you have to contact your Belkin technical support & they will give you a hand. Or Please update some Details about your Internet connection who is your Internet Service Provider. What type of Internet Connection are you using is it DSL or Cable. Are you able to login to your belkin device?
I believe the address on firefox or IE would be 192.168.2.1
login and check your connection type Internet type and see if your set to DHCP.
solved it ..I went to command prompt and typed in ipconfig/renew and problem solved thank's
