Hello, It sounds like you have a restricted or blocked drain pump. This usually occurs in the outlet of the pump between the pump and the diverter valve. 1st check that the drain hose is not kinked or crushed and does not have too long of an extension on it. If the tub did not drain you will have to bail or otherwise remove the water. Of course unplug the machine before any service. Once that is done, lean the machine backward the drain pump is located under the machine on the right side close to you. unplug the wires to the pump and remove the pump by lifting the small plastic catch and turning the pump assembly a quarter turn counterclockwise. Next disconnect the pump from the hose to the diverter valve. you can also remove the pump hose from the diverter valve and check to see if anything is caught in the valve. That's really all there is to the drain system. Good Luck.
It does not seem like a problem of the unit. It might be a loose connection of supply code. Keep the supply code pressed to the unit in different directions and see if the unit takes power. If so, replace the supply code. It's not that expensive.
could be clogged drain. look at my issue "eco smart won't drain, smells hot" on how to remove motor from bottom of washer and check lower drainage area. bail water out first and be ready to catch water when you remove that motor unit.
