If the battery is bad will it not turn on at all?

  • ajohnson70 Jan 01, 2009

I am getting NO POWER AT ALL!  Battery power will not work, nor will AC Adapter power work.  I am lost!  I have no clue what it could be.  One minute was working fine, next minute, nothing.  Any ideas?

Try taking out the battery pack and using power supply only. If it boots, turn off laptop and try with battery again. If works, great, if not your battery my be faulty and you'll need a new one.
