Code 28 means that you do not have the required driver installed. You can download the driver for you laptop by clicking on this link.

your windows installed needs a driver for your audio hardware. you need to know what type of motherboard you have (model and brand). go to the brand site and go to the support and driver downloads page and find the model of your motherboard. you can download the audio driver for it. if you have a hard time just feedback on me, i'll help you.

before installing audio driver you are required to install audio bus driver and check at the vendors website some updates are also required
