You need to uninstall the program and delete this registry key: HKCU/Software/VirtualDJ.
Once you delete the key, reinstall the software and DISABLE automatic updates. This will fix your problem. IF you are unsure how to edit the registry, follow this link below:

1 Go to start run regedit and find vdj then del key
2 next start then programs firewall and add a block to and from vdj
shown here in you tube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mqfo6cCDYEQ

Alternative solution is to block the application itself from going online using the tool available to download here. This worked for me and only blocks Virtual DJ from connecting to the internet.
