How to reformat it? my cellphone hangs and automatically restarts

Sometimes the "hanging" problem of the phone is due to very low phone memory.Would you please try to delete some unnecessary data from your phone memory or if it does not work try to reinstall the software of your phone.

Here is another Option:

Try to reformat your phone,Kindly switch off your cellphone then press key1 and key 3 and * key hold these keys while restarting your cellphone.

try to use other memory before you purchase, their might also possible that your memory would be the one who cause the auto-restarting or hang-up..

Hi,you want to reformat your cellphone,try this password 12345 or if doesn't work,try to my advice you just master reset your cellphone and no need default password you just dial *2767*3855#,but before you do that i will remind you you just first back-up or save your contacts and files to simcard and memory card.after you do that step,you need to get out your memory card and simcard from you cellphone before you reformat your cellphone.the result your master reset is automatic restart and back to normal setting.i wish that i help you,thanks :)

Hi, try my solution your problem of your cellphone SGH 525,try to restore or reformat your phone setting,but before you do that step.you need to back-up your files and save your contacts to sim memory.after you you that step you turn off your cellphone and get out your sim and memory card.just get it back the battery to your cellphone and power on,this reformat just dial *2767*3855#,after you dial that number the cellphone is automatic Restart.the result after reformat or restore is back the normal setting to your cellphone.but some data files you save is deleting.after that you turn off the phone and get back the sim and memory to your cellphone.i wish that i help you.thanks

Try to remove the battery and power up your laptop, if the problem is still the same try to press F6 or F8 and start into Last known good configuration. and disable the automatic restart. But back up your data and reformat your laptop. it might have viruses on it that triggering the restart.

sir you have to reinstall the software in the nokia service center the will install the newsoftware to the cellphone [or] check the battery of your phone in the service center............

1: Turn off your mobile
2: remove your memory card
3: Turn it on again
4: Go to Menu then Applications
5: there will be 2 folders games and collection
6: open each one seperatley and delete everything inside them>
7: Turn your phone off replace the memory card then Turn it on

for the cellphone automatically switched off the problem is the switch,if there is one who look anf fixed that cellphone but he did not fixed try to consult to another cellphone technician maybe it will fixed.
