I forgot the phon e(samsung sgh-m310) password for messages and files so i can't reset it. there is no sim card in the phone but it is a t-mobile. what can i do to reset it ?

You should call you'r operative service (like T-mobile or smth like that) they can tell you the code.

There is no solution to reset your phone password back if your sim card already locked. The only option that you can do is call your network provider and request to unblock your sim card. But if you don't want to use that sim card network again, you can use samsung sgh l870 unlock code to unlock your samsung network and reset your phone. Samsung unlock code can you buy from third party sites but if you don't wanna use unlock code you can reflash your phone to nearest local mobile phone repair shop. Good luck!

I have inserted a new SIM-Card in my Samsung SGH-M310 mobil telephone, but despite of it it is asking to insert a SIM-Card. And when I enter the password of 1234, that I got from the stor where I had bought it, it says that it is a faulty password. So could you help me with all of this problems. Thanks. N. Pavel.

you should go to the nearest samsung service center and tell them to reinstall the mobile-os.then youe mobile will be resetted to default.
