It is becomming clogged. Start with the sprayhead. Check all of the holes, be sure water is running from all 5 holes. If the sprayhead is clear, check the water tube. Use your delimer spring. Don't shove it in. Twist in through as if it were a drill bit. If it starts to become resistant don't keep twisting, you may not be able to get it out because of a lime scale blockage. Not knowing where you live or the grain of the water you use, I can't say for sure. But if the spring goes in and you are left with about two inches of spring comming out of the sprayhead you may have cleaned what was blocking the water out of the way. Now run a pot of water without the sprayhead or brewbasket. Just put your pot underneath and pour water in with the Bunn pitcher. Is the water comming out in a good stream now. If so put the sprayhead back on. If the problem presist check to be sure that the nut that holds the spraytube in place. It is the nut right in front of the sprayhead. If it is there then you may want to get a new sprayhead. Rick in Indy

I was neglectful in as much as I didn't say always unplug the brewer before working on it and obviously you have to remove the sprayhead before running the delimer spring through it. By the way only use a delimer spring supplied from Bunnomatic. If necessary you can order it on line from Bunn. They are cheap and worth their weight in gold. Like I said, if you get a good stream of water comming from the water tube the sprayhead is the culprit. The only other thing would be the basin inlet nut. That is the last resort. Rick again.

I have a Bunn GRX-B Model Serial # 243908. It is leaking water while brewing at the bottom on the on/off switch side. What is needed to correct this? It is more than 3 years old.

Your brewer is still under the 3 year warranty. If you will call us at customer service at 800-352-2866 we will be happy to send you out a new machine.

Grx Bunn coffee brewer will not brew. I've followed all directions carefully. I've waited almost 30 min for it to heat up I've added more water and still nothing. Now I have been waiting for about an hour...

It sounds like the tank isn't full. It takes 2 full decanters of water to fill the tank in the bank. After pouring in 10 cups of water, close the lid and wait 3 min. Then open up the lid and pour in another 10 cups of water and close the lid. Then turn the vacation switch on and wait 15 min. Now you are ready to brew coffee. Place your grounds and filter in the funnel basket and pour in 4-10 cups of cold water and place decanter on warmer plate. Close the lid and in 3 min you will have a pot of coffee. If this doesn't happen, please call 800-352-2866 and we will be happy to assist you.

Reservoir heats but won't dispense

If you are pouring water in the manual brew basin, then check the sprayhead holes, then the spray tube, those could be blocked. If using the auto brew, check the solenoid and or brew switch.

Bunn coffee maker leaks all over the counter. What

there's probably a 'silicon rubber' hose that feeds hot water to the 'grounds basket'- it may be loose, or damaged. is it leaking water, or coffee?? we have a bunn 8-cup, which has a pre-heated water tank that brews a pot in about 3 min. energy waster, but when you need coffee, you need coffee!!! is your filter holder properly centered? is the carafe lid hole clean and un-obstructed?
if it's leaking water, and not too costly to replace- you may consider replacing it with a new one!
good luck!

My bunn is too slow

Use the de-liming spring to clean the copper tube behind the spray head. Pour several pots of clear white vinegar through the unit to further remove lime and scale from the interior of your coffee maker. My Bunn is 24 years old, and the only replacement parts I've ever required are new carafes and the 4041 silicone washer repair kit.
