4g PNY Attache USB pen drive (by 3 users)

Hello: I have a 4g PNY Attache USB pen drive. When I stick it into any USB connection, I can see it but it tells me windows cannot access all of the drive data has been lost. Drive cannot be accessed. Drive is write protected.

This drive has no lock feature and has worked successfully up to this point. Please help me resolve this concern. I thank you for your valuable time as you research a solution. Thank You.

same as above. unable to set permissions, can't even reformat the disk.

I get a message under XP and Win2000 saying my 4G PNY Attache is write-protected. I'm using the Windows driver in both cases. No message saying data is lost, but at least 1 MP3 is corrupted.
